Losing someone that you love is very painful. After a significant loss, you may experience all kinds of difficult and surprising emotions, such as anger, shock and guilt. Sometimes it may feel like the sadness will never let go. These feelings can be overwhelming; they are normal reactions to loss. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, but there are healthy ways to cope with the pain. You can get through it! There is hope!
A Ray of Hope is a support group that meets twice monthly and ministers to anyone who has lost a loved one. This ministry is curriculum based and goes through a series on grieving and how to handle the loss of someone whom you loved.
The meetings are confidential and individuals are allowed to freely share their ups and downs regarding the grieving process. Sharing your sorrow with others who have experienced similar losses can help. Do Not Grieve Alone. Connecting with others will help you heal.
Come and experience Hope, Healing and Comfort at A Ray of Hope.
